Professional Experience
Yudong Huo served as a patent examiner in the China Patent Office for over fifteen years, having worked in the Fifth Examination (Physics) Department. He has extensive experience in patent prosecution, invalidation, enforcement, licensing and counseling services. Before joining AFD, Mr. Huo worked as a patent attorney at the Beijing Dragon International Patent Office.
Mr. Huo graduated from the Physics Department of Peking University in 1963, and his prior industry experience includes science and technology information research for the Information Institute of Ministry of Nuclear Industry and nearly twenty years of research on instruments for the Beijing Nuclear Instrument Factory.
Mr. Huo's intellectual property practice has encompassed patent related issues in electronics, electrical technology, telecommunications, semiconductor fabrications, computer technology, electro-mechanical control systems, digital and analog circuits, wireless technologies, optical and fiberoptic systems, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and materials sciences.
