Pfizer loses trademark infringement cases

Beijing High Court recently reversed the judgment of Beijing First Intermediate People's Court and rejected Pfizer’s claim in the trademark infringement lawsuit against Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. Beijing First Intermediate People's Court ruled that Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical infringes Pfizer’s trademark rights. Then Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical appealed to Beijing High Court who reverses the judgment of Beijing First Intermediate People's Court.

In another similar case Beijing High Court reverses the judgment of Beijing First Intermediate People's Court and holds that a Chinese company does not infringe Pfizer’s trademark rights.
