Max wins design patent infringement case
Max Co. Ltd wins a design patent infringement lawsuit against a company in JiangxiProvince, Fuzhou Juntian Dynamoelectric Tool Factory. Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court accepted this case in March 2008, and recently ruled that Fuzhou Juntian Dynamoelectric Tool Factoryinfringed a design patent of Max Co., Ltd. and ordered Juntian to cease infringing activities and pay 50,000 yuan in compensation and 8,110 yuan for the reasonable lawsuit expenses to Max.
