Before joining AFD China, Mr. Huang had two years of working experience in logistics management. He graduated from Beijing City College with a major in Japanese Language. Mr. Huang passed Level two of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test given in December 2003 by the Japan Foundation and the Association of International Education, Japan. His working languages are Chinese and Japanese.
