Professional Experience
Jichang Wang served as a patent examiner in the China Patent Office for over fourteen years, in the Second Examination (Mechanics) Department. His intellectual property experience includes patent prosecution, enforcement, licensing and counseling, and other areas related to intellectual property rights.
Mr. Wang graduated from the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, Tsinghua University, in 1964. He has over twenty years of research experience, having worked with the Science and Technology Institute of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Armored Force Command and the 201 Institute of the Ministry of Weapon Industry.
Mr. Wang's current practice includes patent prosecution and other patent-related issues in such fields as mechanical engineering, manufacturing, automation, machines and engines, medical devices, agricultural devices, heavy equipment, electro-mechanical control systems, materials science, instruments, and optical instrumentation and equipment.
