Hong Long is one of the founding partners of AFD China Intellectual Property Law Office. He has many years of experience in patent prosecution, enforcement, licensing and counseling services.
Mr. Long obtained his Bachelor degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the Xi'an Jiaotong University. Before beginning a professional career in intellectual property, Mr. Long worked for eight years as an engineer and industrial designer at the Beijing ShouGang Design Institute and the ZhongWaiJian Architectural Design Co. Ltd.
Mr. Long's technical practice areas include electronic and electrical technology, telecommunications, semiconductor fabrications, computer technology, electro-mechanical control systems, digital and analog circuits, wireless technologies, optical and fiberoptic systems, mechanical engineering, instrumentation, machines and engines, medical devices, agricultural devices, heavy equipment, and materials science.
