a Master of Engineering in control science and engineering from Shenyang Industrial University and a Bachelor of Engineering in material science from Haerbin Industrial University. His technical practice areas include control science and engineering, electronic & electrical engineering, computer science, material science and semiconductor fabrications. And his working languages are English, Russian and Chinese.
